Small by Design. Personal by Principle.

We're not trying to be the biggest China tour company. We're trying to be the one whose emails you actually look forward to.

Our Story

PandaTrail Travel was founded by an international account manager who spent a decade serving demanding clients in the US, Europe and Australia — managing samples, timelines, quality control and a hundred email threads at once. The lesson from that decade: trust is built through response speed, transparency and doing exactly what you said you'd do.

When China reopened to the world with historic visa-free policies, we saw travelers arriving with excitement — and getting lost between overpriced legacy agencies and DIY chaos. So we built the service we'd want ourselves: itemized quotes like a professional proposal, guides who are paid fairly and never work for commissions, and one WhatsApp thread that follows you from first inquiry to airport dropoff.

All on-the-ground operations run in partnership with fully licensed local tour operators, so you get boutique attention with proper legal backing.

Honest Advice

If a famous site isn't worth your time, we'll say so. If a cheaper option is just as good, we'll tell you first.

Why "PandaTrail"?

The panda needs no introduction — curious, unhurried, and impossible not to love, it's China's best ambassador. And a trail is exactly what we build for you: not a conveyor-belt tour route, but a path worn smooth by good judgment — the quiet stretch of the Great Wall, the noodle shop three alleys off the main street, the teahouse where the owner remembers your order. Follow the panda. It knows the way.
